I found the experience to be very beneficial to an athletes point of view. Many of the workouts not only influenced me in the way I work out now, but the way I prepare myself for the season as well. It probably took around a week to two weeks to see results within my running sessions. Lifting sessions I saw strength results and flexibility up to early as two to three weeks within my session. Working with Antonio is very beneficial and he is very motivational during the workouts by encouraging you to do it to your fullest every time. I would recommend working with Antonio to anyone because he knows exactly how to push people in the right way, along with finding out what workout plan is best for you.
