Sports training isn’t what it used to be. Training programs used to be created by bodybuilders, athletes, and “gym science.” Gym science is something that we all can relate to.

For example; “I did this workout to get strong, so if you do the same workout then you will get strong too.”

This is a classic example of how NOT to start a training program. These former ways of training are not proven ways of success and rarely do they yield the results that your looking for.

Our staff uses a scientific approach when developing your program. Your training program will be based on several points. Goals, sports, postural & movement assessments, lifestyle, and medical history. From this information, our staff can create your personal intregared performance profile. Which is a systematic problem solving method that provides the basis for making educated desicions about which exercise will benefit you most. EXPECTATIONS FOR ATHLETES

  • To be receptive of new information
  • Be on time. If your appointment starts at 5pm and you just started your cardio warm up. Then your late!!!
  • Be consistent with your efforts. You may not perform well one day, but your effort should always be performed well.
  • Learn why and what your doing: The better you understand the reasoning of your workout, the more efficient the workout will become.
